Today, June 25th, the authorities published the new quota for the second campaign of the year for anchoveta (Engraulis ringens) and white anchoveta (Anchoa nasus) for the Southern Region; this resolution will secure the continuity of the activities:
The second campaign will start on July 01st at 00 hours, and will last until December 31st, 2024, or until quota completion. The authorities have established a maximum limit of 251,000 tons fish for this season. it should be noted that this quota is the same as the one given for the first campaign of this year.
