In Peru, the colder zones remain concentrated within the first few miles off the coast, although their intensity has diminished. These areas are surrounded by Neutral-temperature waters that are being gradually influenced by warm patches of approximately +0.5 °C, nevertheless, Neutral waters still dominate the overall environment.
Additionally, in the far North of Peru, together with the Equatorial region, a more pronounced warm anomaly is present, reaching values close to +2 °C.
